Elizabeth Jones, 22, was sentenced to 16 months in prison after she lied that a man raped her because she “did not like him.” The man was arrested, taken into custody, and questioned for nine hours. CCTV of the house in which Jones claimed to have been attacked did not support her story. Contrary to her tale, it did not show her being forcibly taken there. Jones admitted to one count of attempting to pervert the course of justice. The story is reported here.
This was Jones’ eleventh false rape claim in a decade. She made her first complaint in 2004 when she was just 13. In 2009 she was given a ten month detention and training order for a similar offence. Between 2005 and 2007 she had made eight other allegations, which police investigated, but she was never charged.
Judge Derwin Hope said her offences had caused a “terrible emotional experience” to her alledged attacker. But he also said it struck at the heart of the criminal justice system. Megan Topliss, defending, said her client had endured a disturbed childhood and had been left traumatised after being taken into care.
Disclaimer: I have never and will never advocate any form of sexual assault of males or females in anything I write. It should go without saying. This post is about the presumption of innocence for all people and the way it has translated to things as ubiquitous as public transportation. 
Over a year ago, when I began this weblog, I uploaded a video from Canadian TV about a specific instance where a Taxicab driver was accused of aggravated sexual assault by two young women after they refused to pay a $13 fare. I wrote an angry response to the nature of the crime and how close the driver came to ultimate ruin had it not been for his dash-cam. Since then thanks to some friendly followers and r(eddit)/mensrights the video was seen by several people which is outstanding. However, what I didn’t want to express was that this was an isolated incident by any means.
I have personal ties to Canada so I keep up with current news. Since that incident SEVERAL of the same kind of thing has happened. Young women accusing drivers (often immigrants) of rape, assault, and frequently reverting to Violence on the cabbies.
In St. John’s, Nfld. the number of such cases got so bad that taxi’s stopped picking up women altogether. A single accusation can cause one to lose their job, children, and in the case of immigrants lead to deportation.

Even more telling of the rapid shift cabbies have observed, McCarthy went on to explain that in times past the rule of thumb was to “pick up young girls first, take them home, pick up couples seconds and last, pick up the guys.” Males came last before these incidences, but now it has reversed.
In 2011, a series of robberies occurred where patrons would not only refuse to pay fares, they would threaten to go to the authorities with allegations of sexual assault if the driver did not GIVE them money. In the same style as the case where cabbie Mohammed Asif was beaten and robbed by Natalie Woods and Nicola Cliberon (whose 12 month jail-time conviction was shortened to a 3-month curfew), the prevalence of such accusations has lead to many companies worldwide having to install closed circuit cameras in random vehicles at great expense. The largest taxicab company in Ireland (Derry Taxis) having dealt with repeated false allegations installed cameras in every vehicle for the protection of the drivers. It has come to that.

Gemma Hasson (25) who accused a cabbie of attempted rape and sexual assault to avoid paying a fare. Later admitted it was a lie, claiming had been drinking.
Rosie Waggett (18) who was sentenced in accusing a husband and father of three of raping her to avoid paying her fare. She also had two acquaintances beat him inside his cab to escape without paying.
Joanne Rye (18) who kept up her lie for over 20-months before admitting that she had never been shot with a pellet gun, dragged into an alley and raped by her devout Muslim cab driver. She later admitted it was to conceal a pregnancy that did not belong to her then boyfriend only when closed-circuit video disproved her story.

Charlene Beal (27) and Lisa McGuire (26) caused £750 damage to their driver’s car before accusing him of attempting to rape them. In court they claimed that they were drunk.
A Bolton minor (17) who was unnamed accused accused a 35 year-old driver who WAS named (but I will not) of raping her after (get this) he gave her a free ride home after seeing she had no money and taking pity on her. The minor wasted an estimated 133hrs of police time,
…or the plethora of other instances giving the presumption of guilt to the accused is immoral, unconstitutional, and unfair. Additionally, the anonymity of the accused should be maintained in the same respect as that of the accuser.
If the cabbie was a woman and a man accused the lady of rape. In the same fashion, her innocence should be presumed. Particularly in the UK where there is compensation for victims who have been subject to any form of violence to incentivize such things further is a very slippery slope.Maybe the Women-only taxis I made fun of were on to something. Wait. No.
This woman is Jian Chen. Simply put. She drugged her husband, cut off his penis, flushed it down the toilet and then stabbed and murdered him.
At her sentencing she was given a 25 per cent reduction from the judge for pleading guilty and ended up with only 3 years in jail (and will be eligible for parole in 2 years).
She cried as she thanked the judge — as she should. She murdered her spouse and through benevolent sexism she was given an incredibly short sentence. It goes without saying if the genders were reversed every feminist media outlet would tout this as a textbook example of patriarchy, rape culture, “War on Women”, institutionalized violence and the other meaningless words used conveniently when any wrongdoing is perpetrated to their gender. However in this instance, why are the feminists who tout equality not calling for this woman’s head in the same manner they would for a man?
Because feminism has never been about equality — and never will.
The demagogues who have perpetuated their feminist ideals are quickly being exposed for the liars and hypocrites they are. The facade they have built is RAPIDLY fading away. Feminism has become pernicious by infiltrating every facet of society even to the highest courts in the land and heaven help us if we question the integrity of such things as murderers and psychopaths skate from real equality on a wave of crocodile tears and silent feminist indignation and bigotry.
This is becoming a trend. Not the recent examples of wives drugging and mutilating their husbands such as Catherine Kieu Becker or Li Huang, but rather the mutilators becoming folk-heroes. The new comediennes to a society where cutting off a man’s penis is a punch-line and nothing more.
A minor crime, a slight inconvenience to the criminal and nothing more.

Oh, Sigourney. I used to like you and your movies. Let’s analyze this. Firstly, she starts off by complaining that women are under-represented in government given that they make up 51% of the population. This instantly shows she doesn’t grasp the concept of democracy — at all.
Secondly, women are also under-represented in war deaths, war injured, suicide, incarceration, violent deaths, workplace deaths, heart attack, stroke, not to mention all the physical and arduous jobs. The day I see a woman trash collector I’ll let everyone know.
Now to her point about women being genetically superior to men in terms of practicality, decision making etc. This sounds a lot like the racialist eugenics of times past. “Our DNA has been studied” — No it hasn’t.
Feminists are the FIRST to use (Pseudo)science when it supports their unwarranted sense of superiority over men but condemn any science (even scientific breakthroughs like the DOZENS of male contraceptive pills that have been stonewalled and stuck in phase III clinical trials because of feminist meddling and lobbying) that doesn’t fall in line with their dogma, and it is DOGMA. Without logic or reason or critique.
What this woman is spouting is indicative of not only feminists attempts to undermine democracy by shoehorning women into power without proper process but the overall goal of placing the value of women in higher esteem over men than it is already. Last time I checked that’s bigotry.
Before any feminists begin to flame this post saying that true feminists are for equality then why haven’t there been any public admonition of her statements?

I’m not saying that all women are like this. BUT with little-to-no legal rammifications on female offenders, women of this kind are free to be as deceptive, malicious, and sinister as they please—because they can.

I had to see this to believe it. You heard the judge, old man. You’d better cough up the money for not slinging enough of that middle-aged penis her way!
I just imagined a man taking his wife to court for the same reason and imagined how many seconds if would take for the claim to be thrown out.
My guess was “20 sec.”
I just can’t figure it out.
Law abiding Father of 3 is arrested because his 4-year old Daughter drew a picture of him with a gun.
His children were taken into child protective custody.
He was charged with illegal possession of a firearm that was NEVER found.
He was strip-searched and arrested.
Why?
Because his daughter drew a picture of a man with a gun. You can’t be too careful when you’re dealing with a man.

Because it wasn’t a woman it was a man. This man. Brian Banks was accused of rape by a classmate without any physical evidence and sent to jail for six years on the testimony of a sole woman. She was given $1.5 Million dollars in damages and then tried to contact Brian via social media. He was finally exonerated.
He had to get the accuser’s confession on tape by his own means.
Now, what did his accuser get for:
Lying. Collecting $1.5 Million dollars in undue damages, taking 6 years of a man’s life, destroying the reputation and prospects of another human being? Wasting taxpayer money in this patriarchy we live in?
Nothing.
Absolutely nothing.
Part VI: Chivalry in the Face of Perjury — False-rape is a crime needing counselling?
That’s funny, my philosophy is that men and women who lie about rape should get the maximum sentence the accused would have received had he/she been found guilty. To respect the notion of equality all criminals should be punished according to the same standards.
Feminists are working towards equality by creating further inequality (feminist logic). But in these days it is getting more overt, more blatant and more unapologetic. Judges in the UK were ordered to give lighter sentences to women. Get this: the updated guidance on how to sentence female criminals was distributed in April in a new section on “gender equality”. The rules were prepared by a team headed by High Court judge Dame Laura Cox who said:
‘It is now well recognised that a misplaced conception of equality has resulted in some very unequal treatment for women and girls.’
Feminists are like grown-up children. Their logic ends where there emotions begins. The only difference is that people love children and a child’s ignorance is not self-imposed.
Don’t tell me how to dress. Tell mosquitoes not to bite — sound familiar.
“Long sleeved shirts, try not to go out at dusk, wear repellent, stay away from standing water.” When my parents gave me this advice when I was younger was this victim blaming? No, it’s common sense. If anything it was helpful because it prevented me from unpleasantness. Why? Because it takes into account the nature of the aggressor and protects the victim.
A mosquito will bite you because mosquitoes will bite you if they have the chance.
A lion will eat you if it has the chance. If I strut past a lion under any circumstances society will deem me as devoid of sense because society is aware of a lion’s NATURE.
To teach psychopaths and criminals not to be psychopaths and criminals is an admirable venture and I’m for it. However, if I cared about victims, (which I do and always will) I would help them avoid the situation entirely.
Additionally, society has never taught anyone to rape. It does.the opposite. It carries heavy penalties (unlike a false rape accusation) and even being ACCUSED of rape will ruin your livelihood and reputation whether it was true or false (Hey! That actually sounds like victim blaming).
Let’s face facts. If society taught people how to rape, men and women wouldn’t leave the house. I certainly would not leave my home under any circumstances.
Slutwalkers, if you want to parade down the streets and chant slogans and dress up — great it’s your right to do so. But to say that you have a responsibility as an adult for your actions is not a heinous crime worthy of such a demonstration.
If you truly believe your courageous subversion of this fictitious rape culture hold your next rally on the nearest Skid Row. We’re never going to see, “Slutwalk: East Hastings” or “Slutwalk: Lower Eastside at 2am”, and why not? Because that would be putting ones self in harms way because they. understand the nature of those areas as high risk.
Until we see a Slutwalk in such circumstances your point is invalid and you’re playing dress-up, proving your point wrong, talking loudly and saying nothing.
To reiterate, if a man or woman rapes another human being they should be punished and rightfully so. Furthermore, I agree with the notion that rapists cause rapes; not clothing. But you are responsible adults, and we must make sensible decisions for ourselves as such.
